TM “ЯК КАРПАТІЯ” has been manufacturing wooden windows since 2008 and
is located in Ivano-Frankivsk. The woodworking production is focused
on the manufacture of modern wooden windows of various configurations
from three-layer scantlings with double-glazed windows, sliding
systems, facade systems, entrance and interior doors, wooden stairs.
We also manufacture furniture, wall panels, moldings, etc.
The founder of TM ЯК КАРПАТІЯ” is LTD “Kompania ”BIL I KA". The company
employs 54 experienced specialists who are ready to turn your dream into
reality.
Production is located in modern, well-equipped workshops and covers the
entire cycle, namely:
- Raw materials are delivered from the forests of the western regions
of Ukraine
- Wood processing is carried out on a band saw WRAVOR (Slovenia)
- Drying of scantlings is ensured by 3 drying chambers of the Mühlböck
company (Austria)
- Production of glued scantlings and gluing along the length is carried
out on modern equipment of the Weinig company (Germany)
- Production of windows and doors is carried out on the corner centers
Unicontrol of the Weinig company (Germany).
- Painting and lacquering of products is carried out in the Polzer
(Німеччина) in three stages: priming, application of a protective lacquer
and final painting. All paint materials on a water base from the ADLER company
(Austria).
- Assemblies are assembled in the assembly shop. We use the highest
quality furniture production Maso (Austria) and glass panes from leading
Ukrainian manufacturers. There are two sealing contours in the windows DEVENTER
(Germany). The aluminum profile for protecting the shutter and frame is ALURON
(Poland).
Our products adorn many office and residential buildings, historic architectural structures, not only in Ukraine but also in Europe.
We also manufacture and deliver window and door laminated scantlings throughout Ukraine and export them to European Union countries.
